SIGNING A COOPERATION AGREEMENT TO TRAIN HIGHLY SKILLED HUMAN RESOURCES
On May 3, 2022, Vinh Long University of Technology Education (VLUTE) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement on the project of highly skilled workers and transfer of vocational training programs according to German standards.
The meeting had the presence of Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh – Member of Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee; Mr. Matthias Kaiser – President of AVESTOS Vocational Training Group (Germany); Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen – Director of SHB Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. On VLUTE’s side, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Hung Phi – Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hong Ky – Vice Rector and leaders of units warmly welcomed the delegation.

The cooperation between VLUTE – SHB – AVESTOS aims to improve the training quality of VLUTE according to German standards, thereby providing young human resources trained according to German standards for the labor market. Accordingly, the parties will organize thematic working sessions, review training programs and learning outcomes to help VLUTE students meet German vocational skills standards and be facilitated to work in Germany after graduation.
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Hung Phi, this cooperation will continue to open up opportunities for VLUTE students to approach the development level of world technology, especially the German market in particular and the European market in general. In addition, the fact that VLUTE is conducting accreditation of training programs according to ASIIN standards (Germany) and invested equipment (SKIEG projects) such as Siemens, Festo, etc. will be a prerequisite for the success of the cooperation between VLUTE – SHB – AVESTOS.
