FUNCTIONS
Assisting the Rector on the implementation of financial management plans, payment and settlement of funding sources, and financial reporting.
MISSIONS
Developing annual financial management plans.
Developing estimates of funding sources (regular, irregular), budget estimates according to the annual target program.
Keeping accounting documents and records.
Preparing reports periodically and when required.
Providing documents for inspection and audit.
Carrying out transactions with banks and state treasury.
Collecting and paying taxes to the budget.
