FUNCTIONS

The Department of Personnel and Administration has the function of advising and assisting the Rector, including 03 main areas:
1. Organizational Work
2. Inspection work
3. Administrative work

1. Carrying out the Organization – Personnel work and the staff fostering work.
2. Implementing the regimes, policies and Labor – Salary, insurance, etc. for Officers, Officials and Employees.
3. Implementing the emulation, commendation and discipline work.
4. Implementing general administration work – clerical, reception work.
5. Implementing the work of Administration – Management: Self-defense work of the University, management of dormitories, guest houses, security, landscape care, etc.
6. Implementing the work of internal political protection, health care, hygiene and epidemic prevention, environmental safety, and fire and explosion prevention.
7. Implementing the work of internal inspection, prevention and detection of illegal acts; rules and regulations of the University; settlement of complaints and denunciations and anti-corruption work within the University in accordance with the provisions of law.
8. Carrying out the Legal work within the University according to regulations.
