Developing, implementing, organizing training, promulgating regulations and forms for teaching.
Researching and proposing plans to innovate training management and training programs in order to improve the training quality of the University and meet the actual requirements of society.
Managing scores, certificates, diplomas.
Carrying out scientific research at all levels.
