FUNCTIONS

Assisting the Rector in planning the training development strategy for the levels of part-time training, joint training, transfer training, and short-term training.
Being responsible for the quality of training, the quality of teaching and learning.

MISSIONS

Researching and proposing to leaders in innovation of the training management for the levels of part-time training, transfer training, joint training, short-term training to ensure scale and quality.
Deploying and organizing training of levels in charge, coordinating in organizing vocational skills assessment and vocational pedagogy.
Coordinating with the Department of Academic Affairs to manage scores, issue academic transcripts, diplomas and certificates.
Carrying out scientific research at all levels.
